The Kooks’ New Album Set For Early 2011

Kooks frontman Luke Pritchard has revealed the band are working on their third studio album with Arctic Monkeys and Kasabian cohort Jim Abbiss, and hope to have the album released early next year.

The Boxer Rebellion Announce US Tour Dates & New Video

New Ronnie Wood Solo Album To Feature Slash & Pearl Jam

Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood has revealed his forthcoming solo album is set to feature contributions from some of rock’s heavyweights, including former Guns n Roses guitarist Slash, Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Flea.

U2 ‘Have Three New Albums Ready For Release’

U2 frontman Bono has revealed the band have enough material recorded to make up three new albums, but are debating whether to release the new recordings as soon as possible or instead hold back and hone the best of the tracks into one LP.

Kasabian’s Tom Meighan To Go Solo After V Headline Gig?

Following Kasabian’s headline shows at last weekend’s V Festival, their final scheduled dates, frontman Tom Meighan told the UK’s News Of The World newspaper he is looking into new solo projects to keep him busy during the band’s down-time.
