Kings of Leon who are set to play their online scheduled US gig as headliners of the Bonnaroo Music Festival in June, are also expected to start recording a new album sometime this year. In the meantime, fans can still get their KOL overdose by purchasing a new gaming app.
The Kings of Leon Revenge app is based on the Tap Tap Revenge model by game maker Tapulous and includes a Bluetooth “Battles Mode” where fans can go head to head on the bands tracks. The group’s ten biggest hits, including “Use Somebody,” “Notion” and “Sex on Fire” are all featured. If you opt for the premium version of the app you’ll also get access to a private Kings of Leon Chat Room, accessible only through the app.
The $4.99 app is for sale in the iTunes store and will work on your iPhone and iPod touch.
