Bob Dylan To Headline Hop Farm Festival


dylan-at-68Legendary US songwriter Bob Dylan has been confirmed as the headliner at this year’s Hop Farm event, in what will be his only UK festival appearance this summer. Bob Dylan will be joined at the one-day festival by singer-songwriter’s Pete Doherty, Seasick Steve and Laura Marling, as well as London folksters Mumford & Sons. More acts are set to be confirmed shortly.

Hop Farm prides itself on being an antedote to over-priced, corporate festivals and says it is an event ‘totally free of ticket registration, with No VIP areas, No Branding, No Sponsorship.’ Tickets for the event are priced at £65 and £25 for camping. They can be purshased here.

The Hop Farm festival will take place at Hop Farm Country Park, Kent on Saturday July 3rd 2010.
