UK’s ‘The Wave Pictures’ Announce US Tour and Album Debut

Moshi Moshi Records are proud to announce The Wave Pictures spring tour, including appearances at SXSW 2010 where they are one of Spin’s “Must-Hear Bands” at the festival, and the Todd P Mty Mx Festival in Monterrey Mexico. The band are gearing up for the release of their North American debut, a double CD comprised of their two most recent UK releases, Instant Coffee Baby and If You leave It Alone, out April 27th on Moshi Moshi.

The Divine Comedy Unveil New Album

The Divine Comedy have announced details of their new album. ‘Bang Goes the Knighthood’, the group’s tenth studio album, has been produced and written by frontman Neil Hannon, and will be released on May 31st. The album was recorded during session in Dublin and London last year and will be released on Hannon’s own label Divine Comedy Records. It will be available on CD, limited Deluxe CD, limited edition vinyl and digital download.

Foo Fighters To Work With Ex-Nirvana Producer?

DAVE GROHL ALSO SET TO RECORD NEW THEM CROOKED VULTURES MATERIAL
Foo Fighters founder Dave Grohl has revealed that the band have begun work on a new record, which Grohl hopes will be ‘our heaviest album yet’, with rumours circulating that they make work with former Nirvana producer Butch Vig, who also worked with Sonic Youth and Smashing Pumpkins in the Nineties.
