The Black Keys have announced details of their new album, which will be released in May.
‘Brothers‘ wil be released on May 17th and was recorded in sessions at the Muscle Shoals Sound studio in Alabama, Akron’s Easy Eye Sound System and Brooklyn’s Bunker. The majority of the record has been produced by the band, which consists of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney, while previous producer Danger Mouse has worked on one track, ‘Tighten Up’.
Sir Paul McCartney has announced details of two headline festival appearances this summer, as well as a series of his own UK and Ireland shows.
Macca will begin his series of concerts at the Dublin RDS on June 12th, and will continue on around the UK, taking in headline spots at the Isle Of Wight and Hard Rock Calling festivals along the way.
