OK , so I know what your thinking: Does the world really need another book that describes the life of one of the most documented musicians, if not humans of modern day history? I guess a lot of folks will be very interested in what Yoko Ono has to report about her days with the Icon John Lennon and the story behind to what ultimately led to the split up of the Beatles.

A new year is upon us and an atmosphere of optimism is certainly in the air. No surprise since 2009 was certainly a depressing year for many. While it may have been a year of economic disaster, with the recession weighing heavily on everyone’s minds, for many it was also a year of famine with regards to quality music, with the X-Factor ‘refuse’ still dominating the charts and the apparent demise of live music and raw new talent. Now, with a new year dawning, many look to a brighter future.

Scottish band Idlewild have announced a series of dates across the UK in March, in support of their recent album ‘Post Electric Blues’, more dates are set to be announced soon for April.
