The Rolling Stones and Elton John Are ‘Most Expensive Wedding Acts’

Veteran rockers The Rolling Stones have won many awards and titles in their long career, and now they have another to add to the list…most expensive wedding act. The legends came out on top ahead of the likes of Amy Winehouse and Sir Paul McCartney to top the poll and claim the dubious title. The report claims they would command a fee of anything up to £5m, while Elton John was second on the list with a fee of £2m. At the other end of the scale, the survey found that former Hear-Say singer Danny Foster could be booked for just £650, while new stars Lady Gaga and Katy Perry were said to command a fee of around £60,000.

Digital TV channel Living commissioned a financial analyst to conduct the poll, which was based on information garnered from agents and by examining accounts.
